Directions for use
Wash your hands before application and carefully remove the strips from the packaging. Place them with the gel side against the upper and lower teeth, gently pressing them onto the enamel surface. Leave on for approximately 30 minutes, then remove and rinse your mouth with water. Brushing your teeth immediately before use or directly after application is not recommended.
